You found them through eBay? Yes, these Chinese sites selling cheap electronics are all scams, here are a few similar ones:

Sorry, if you sent the money by WU, there is most likely nothing you can do to get it back. It is very possible to pick up a WU payment without a valid ID, this is one major reason all internet scammers prefer it.

it is a sad story that scams has become part of the business life. Did Liuzhen send you the Laptop? if not, you can report to Beijing Police, he will be thrown into prison according to chinese criminal law.

I am also willing to coordinate with him for you if you like.

I wait for more 5 day, then...

I will continue to wait for more 5 day, after if i dont receive the Laptops (6 items) i will write here, Thankyou Steven, peraps i will need your help.

i have sent a e-Mail to : 110@bjgaj.gov.cn but at today i dont have an answer.
