Dear All,
Thank you for the valuable information. I think also that it is a fraud website. I have submitted my CV so far. I dont see any genuinity in them from your remarks.

Once again thank you.

Oops fraudulent mails

Hi,
Thanks a ton to this website and to all the people who have responded and shared their experience with everyone.I got a ditto mail from Brad and Harley. It looked so genuine and authentic, but ven i tired opening it , it wud just not open either sometimes my account or the link of "quickvalidate.com".Thats what made me suspicous and i decided to check the authenticity of it on internet.I have now realised to be overtly cautious of such fraudulent e mails.

Thanks
Mugdha Mishra

Then I requested QuickValidate.com to refund my money and day before yesterday received a mail from them stating that my money has been refunded.
From PayPal also I received a no-reply email that I would receive a refund from QuickValidate. Today I received a mail Mark Maine which is given below.
I am sure they try to expoit people, particularly from India, by this type of fraudulent job offers.

I have registered @ timesjobs.com, hence i did not suspect when I received that email, however when i logged in the job offer only had two options "Accept, Reject", where as the email quoted that i will be able to get the job details once i complete the profile updation.

Please let me know, what steps should i consider.

One more thing can Timesjob do anything about this, coz there goodwill is also at stake.

Thank you everyone

Hi friends,
thanks to everyone for shedding light on this issue.I also got this e-mail from B&H about this assistant administrator job in canada quoting a salary of $45K.I initially registered with them on their website and provided my details in the given fields. Its only after waiting for a week did I got this massage asking me to validate my academic credentials did I clicked on quickvalidate.com,only to find no website as such on the internet with the browser stating that no server with this name can be found.I have just by sheer chance had not uploaded my CV on their website by then.I then searched for this website on the internet and came to know about this fraud on a google search result and became a member of fraudwatchers.com.I think appropriate action should be taken against Timesjobs.com for failing to stop them from gaining access to our information.

Thanks to everyone again,
cautious_k1109

Folks, another gentle reminder to READ the posts that are on the page, at least, before posting. The answer to your question is a mere three posts above this one. Contact your credit card card company and find out how to dispute the charges.
