I am victim, please help !!!

My name is <admin edit - personal details removed> and I came from Poland. Lately i have been on site www.alibaba.com and i was interested in buying some phones from companyin UK. My choice - BK MACS LIMITED - #Tandine High Street, Stoney Stratton, Somerset, BA4 6DY, UK. I order in BK Macs 5 phones and it was paid by Western Union 50% costs (220GBP), she agreed but later she said that she send me 10pcs and i have to pay rest of costs (550GBP) because CEO said that. We discuss a long time and she sent me a FEDEX SHIPPMENT AIRWAY BILL from 19.07.2006 and TRACK NO for package. All informations seems ok so I decide to pay 430GBP by WU. After that she told me that package was go out to me but on friday (21.07.2006) she told me that custom held the package beacuse they doesn`t sent me a proforma inovoice. They told that they never sent to Poland and they doesnt known that must be a proforma invoice. And custom charges them for 180GBP, so she asked me to pay this money beacuse CEO go to the board meeting and he back on friday. She asked me if i could pay this money, so i told that i couldn`t and i`m waiting, but i`m afraid that is a fake company. Poland now is in European Union and we can send packages between UK and Poland without inoivce. This package still not move from UK. I have all chatings which we had on TRADE MANAGER. Email address: bkmacslimited@yahoo.co.uk, illusmobileaccessoriesltd@hotmail.co.uk. I talk with Ms. Paulin Greg, CEO Mr Howard Stephen and Mr Tony James (Accountant). Phone numbers: 4407024022237,447031862216, 448715049124, 448704780528, 447024080333. Track of package in Fedex: 792155646453. They have website on alibaba but it was deleted, i think by them (him or her). But all the information which were on them i write to you. I read some resources on alibaba website (to late for me - my mistake) that are a lot of scammer company there and i think BK Macs is one of them.

Welcome to Fraudwatchers. I'm sorry it is under these circumstances however.

You have been scammed unfortunately. Their email addresses are from free webmail services, and the telephone numbers "+4470....." are from a forwarding service in the U.K. which re-transmits the calls to any location on earth so these criminals could be anywhere from West Africa to Eastern Europe.

Payment transfers through Western Union can be picked up at any WU office in most countries. It's also untraceable.

Needless to say that you should not send any further money to them, but be aware that they will continue to contact you with various excuses and try to get more. If they can't get 500 euros, they will try for 50 or even 25. Don't fall for it as they can be very convincing. These parasites do this for a living so they have had a lot of previous victims to practice on.
