this is a true scam, i have also beocme on the victims of this fraud, and yes, i paid via bank transfer, there are many reviews on the internet about them, i wished i had read them before i made payment, its the first time, i have become victim of fraud, also another thing thats come to my knowedlge is that the account they use belongs to a ltd. company registered at 47 whitby road, south harrow, ha2 8LJ its called MADRE TRAVEL. THESE FRAUDSTERS ARE USING THIS LTD. COMPANY'S BANK ACCOUNT TO GET PEOPEL TO DEPOSIT MONEY INTO. THEN THEY RUN AWAY, AND IGNORE ALL CALLS AND CORRESPONDENCE TO U... ITS A SHAME HOW THERE IS NO ONE WHO CAN STOP THEM HERE IN U.K.

OTHER NAMES THESE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN KNOWN TO RIP OFF INNOCENT MEMBERS OF PUBLIC ARE AS FOLLOWS: WWW.FLGIHTZONEUK.COM WWW.CROWNSERVICEUK.COM AND NOW CROWNSERVICEINN.COM ALL OF THESE 3 ARE REGISTERED AT 275 NORTHOLT ROAD, SOUTH HARROW, HA2 8HX. BUT THE BUSINESS IS BEING OEPRATED AS A MOBILE FONE SHOP, A BARBERS SHOP AND A NET CAFE, ITS A DISGUISE TO CONFUSE BOTH PUBLIC AND LAW ENFORCEMTN INTO THINKING THIS IS SUM1 ELSE OPERATING HERE.

I am the next victim with this travel agent. The same thing has happen with me and now they say that they will refund my money which iam not sure off.
Can u give me any suggestion regards to this issue.

The very first step to any kind of procedure in order to recuperate your money does begin with a police report. Only they will be able to tell you if there is any hope of getting your money back.

i have also been duped by this crowd of shankers! however i want to make a watertight connection between Madre Travel and crown services/flightzone uk. i made my booking with Flightzone uk, they advised me to pay into a HSBC account which was in the name of madre travel. anyway no tickets, i travelled to their office in harrow and joined the queue of hacked off people outside. after a few calls, trading standards, consumer direct, didnt need the police as they were there already, i spoke with ATOL/CAA. they advised that thier cover had not be renewed but there was still cover and i would not loose any money. so i rebooked direct with the airline which cost considerably more, but as it was the same carrier i enquired if there ever was any tickets in my name? no surprise . . .there wasnt!!!
now on return from my trip some 2 months later i receive an email from ATOL advising Crown services/flightzone uk were in insolvent and i should complete a claim form. however because i paid into the HSBC account of Madre travel, i cannot claim as they cannot link them directly to crownservices who had the ATOL cover!! despite an email from Flightzone confirming they received my money in THEIR account!!! CAn anybody help?

or Please don't buy tickets from any of the travel agents by paying money thru bank transfer - play only thru Credit cards - it might be bit coslty or 2 % extra but you are protected from this Fraud people...
its best to buy directly from Airways sites only.
they have ruined my 6 months saving.. and I feel how the pain is and I don't want to this to happen to any other person -
so please pass the message to your friends and relatives that never ever buy any tickets from cheapflightsandtickets.co.uk or madre Travells or any other travells by transfering money to bank accout its not safe ..

I am Roger, manager Madre Travel Ltd, I am address all the queries of raised by Rangeela Raja and a couple of other customers.

MR. RANGEELARAJA did received the money back in his account by 01June'2011, due to some sort of technical failure his booking could not be processed and later the money was refunded as we couldn't manage to give him the desired flights for the price he paid.

Now he did raised the concern herewith but forgot post herewith that he got the money back, should any body need any details please feel free to write me on <removed by moderator>

I have booked tickets - and I have been chasing up with you executives every day .. I paid money on 1 july saturday and you staff informed that I will get the tickets on the monday - from then no tickets and I called literally 2 times every day ..no tickets till 20th - then got some tickets when looked in emirates sites could not find any details - then I have asked them to cancel my tickets and refund - from then till today 08.08.2011 - I am calling daily for my money -

it is BIGGEST scam. they keep on changing their names to fraud innocent people.

the information i got is: name of the owners - anoj chitrakar,bharti chitrakar,sanoj chitrakar,anisha chitrakar,charlie and many more.

i'm an ex travel agent and i used to work with barclays also.

they are not iata or atol bonded agents. they are complete frauds. i have not got my money back since 3 months. i paid 580 for a ticket. just one day before my travel they said they cannot give me any ticket and will deduct my 150 pounds for no reason. i had to agree becz they said they wil not refund either. i had to agree. but they have still not given my refund and they keep on changing their name.

they have no office in london. they say they are in india. gives fake address of 275 B Northolt Road South Harrow Middlesex HA2 8HX

I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO WHERE TO GO TO GET MY MONEY BACK. HOW CAN THESE FRAUD PEOPLE DO BUSINESS IN THE U.K LIKE THIS.

This can be reported to the police, as it is tantamount to fraud. It can also be reported to Action Fraud in the UK, who have a website in the link below;

If they don't have an office in the UK, I'm afraid that small claims court isn't an option.

You have mentioned lots of companies above, i think whatever you could re-call you written there, Please can you tell me whom did you paid in and can you give me more details about your travel names of the passengers etc you can feel free to write me on <removed> I assure you that if you have paid us you will either be refunded or get the tickets.

actually there are a few reviews which we feel that they by genuine customers but at the same time we feel that there are few reviews which are confusing and they are not clear they are not our customers, can i request you to display or share the ip address of the each person posting reviews, will be really helpful.
