The applicant will start the repayment of the monthly install-mental payment 6 months after loan has been transferred to the seeker.


Failure to pay back the loan at this expected date/period, applicant will be given two(2) months Grace Period and after then, legal actions will be taken against the applicant by our attorney immediately.


Applicant is required to send in a SCANNED COPY of any form of Identity Card for proper identification and documentation. This could be a Drivers License, International Passport, Working ID, SSN ID etc. This is also needed for the Insuring process of this transaction which will be done by the Lender.


In due course, you will be required to sign a legal document with us. To serve as a means of agreement to the terms and Conditions stated herein.


Before the loan is transferred, You are to pay $ 937.50 for the loan insurance fee. Because the loan applied for is Unsecured and there have to be an insurance policy covering the loan.


Note:The insurance cannot be deducted from the loan for this reasons listed below:

(I).The insurance is the only security for the loan as is made clear to you that is an unsecured loan,so it must be paid before granting you the loan.The insurance must be paid directly to the loan company who will in-turn make payment to the insurance company.

(II).The insurance will act on your behalf if there is any case or issue of default on your part.


(III).The insurance is a must under the Company Constitution,section 4,sub section 11.

It's a scam...

Hi Biljoe, I'm glad that you asked us, and I hope that you haven't parted with any money. Yes, it's advance-fee scam, if you pay the $937.50 then you will either never hear from the scammers again, or more likely, they will come up with other reasons why you should pay further advance fees.

If I search for the phone number +2347057780598 on Google I find that it is already known to be scam-related, such as here: http://antifraudintl.org/showthread.php?p=158595

Biljoe,

Have you provided this scammer with your banking information? If yes, contact your bank immediately to have your account closed and report this to the police. Both of which should be able to give you proper information in order to protect your identity.
