Yes, its a scam which is why you junk mail filter got it. You don't win a lottery without entering it and no real lottery notifies via email. Please read: How to Recognize Lottery Scam.

I would personally be suspicious of the list of pretty personal questions they ask, why would they need all that?, but this being said,
I have entered PCH, Readers Digest, AND Freelotto, all completely online. I know, I have seen the commercials from PCH where they appear at your door while you are just out of the shower in a towel, LOL, so, if I am a winner in any of these "I actually entered online" lotto/sweeps, how DO they actually contact you if you DO win?? Thanks
